Rob has extensive experience in human resources, management and people development in public, private and education sectors. Recent work has included supporting individuals and organisations through major change, designing and delivering training in a variety of subjects and managing a Human Resources department. 

His style is practical, sensitive and focused on working with people to create an environment where people and teams learn and apply new skills. Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, with a teaching qualification and recent management, HR and development experience.
